It's gotta be Dark Souls II, that shit was HELL.

Although, this can easily be contested with Patapon 1.

The Patapon franchise is a rhythmic game about a race called Patapon.

Basically, their ultimate goal is internal peace and happiness.

Pata1 was HELL for me, as that game had the hardest bosses in the whole trilogy.

Pata2 wasn't as good as the original in my opinion, but it still kept pretty faithful, whilst adding new things like heroes.

Pata3 is the best in my opinion, basically taking things I liked from Pata2 and 1, and basically made it better. Albeit a bit grindy, it's fun to play, and it has online capability too. They also upgraded the heroes to UBERHEROES. Honestly I could go on about this game for days.
